The Department of Psychology at the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Prishtina "Hasan Prishtina", has a highly professional staff educated at world-renowned universities.

The academic staff of the Department of Psychology is distinguished for excellent work, motivation and commitment for teaching. In addition to the lectures and exercises that are offered with a high quality, the staff of the department is also dedicated to experimental work in the laboratory, thus involving students in the development of certain courses and studies. Great importance is also given to the part of internationalization, thus, considered number of international mobility researches is accomplished by professors and assistants of the department.

The academic staff of the Department of Psychology is committed to the well-being of the population, especially in difficult times, as in the case of COVID-19 pandemic period. Through scientific studies, training and other supplementary activities, professors and assistants take care of maintaining the health of the community in general.

The Department of Psychology manages to have excellent planning and organization also maintaining excellent cohesion among the staff.
